Australia's home and community care sector offers great opportunities for those who want to advance their career. Care team leaders. Being a care team leader is a huge responsibility because this job requires team leaders to supervise the operation of an integrated home care service. It is often a challenging job, which is why if you are aspiring to become a care team leader, you have to be well prepared and equip yourself with proper education.

Community house workers. Community house workers interact directly with their clients. Under general supervision, they provide direct care in areas of daily living, as well as support the health and wellbeing of the elderly within a community housing environment.
